Jaclyn Pledger
Director of Clinical and Human Services for Agape Estates
Jaclyn Pledger is a dedicated mental health professional committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to diverse populations within her community. She holds accolades such as a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University, and is working on her clinical psychology degree to further herself as a California licensed LPCC. Jaclyn has worked in different sectors - such as the federal government, state service and non profit - helping others with their mental health and overall well-being. She has a passion to serve and lead her community with a huge heart and open arms. She is known for her strong, integrated approach to clients, remaining culturally sensitive to differences in individuals; and ability to establish strong relationships with her clients and those in her community.
She is currently a Senior Case Manager II at a local shelter where she continues her work with the County’s vulnerable homeless population, and seeking to guide them towards healing trauma, harm reduction and sustainable housing. She works with local agencies and community resources to assist the less fortunate members of our community to not only be well, but to stay well.
Jaclyn is actively involved in her community and continues advocating on social justice issues at the homeless round tables, city meetings, and with local officials. In her free time, she enjoys weight lifting, serving and spending time in church, and relaxing with her family.

His passion for public safety and community advocacy has positioned him as a leader in personal and commercial protection services. His business provides elite security and bodyguard services for high-profile clients, events, and residential properties. Carl’s innovative approach to security—researching competitors to identify gaps and refining his services to meet evolving needs—has kept Made Man Protection, LLC ahead in the industry.
His mission extends beyond business success; Carl is also a founder/visionary of "Organized General", organizedgeneral.com, which started in 2021. Community leader advocating for community issues, resources, safety, entrepreneurship and being the voice of the unheard and eyes of the unseen. His story reflects the challenges and triumphs of building a brand from the ground up, navigating financial obstacles, and creating a lasting legacy of service and protection.
